Cancellation policy

Light Flight reserves the right to cancel a course where in its best judgement circumstances deem it to be necessary.
Which include poor or unsuitable weather conditions for flying.
Unsafe equipment, which could lead to unnecessary injury.
Where a cancellation of a booking has been made by a student leaving a minimum of 2 students (this is deem to be an unfinancial exercise) however a judgement will be made prior to training.
At Light Flight if a cancellation is made after a booking has been confirmed a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Refunds
At Light Flight discretion, only 50% refund is available for cancellations after 14 days.
No refund will be given if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non refundable.
A gift voucher is treated like cash if the gift voucher is lost or stolen no refund or replacement will be given.
